Yes — we work with small businesses across the UK. The process is remote-first (preview links and clear check-ins), with optional calls at key stages when it helps.
What does website maintenance include?
Maintenance is the “keep it healthy” work: updates, checks, fixes, and small improvements. Depending on your plan, you’ll also have an agreed monthly allowance for changes like new sections, content updates, layout tweaks or adding new pages.
Do you provide managed hosting and domains?
Yes. We can handle managed hosting, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, backups and monitoring — and set things up so you keep ownership. If you already have hosting, we can take over management or recommend a move if it will improve reliability.
Can you improve an existing website without rebuilding everything?
Often, yes. If the foundations are workable, we can tighten the content, improve structure and navigation, modernise styling, and address speed and accessibility issues. If a rebuild is the better option, we’ll say so and explain why.
How do projects usually start?
